The 579^th meeting of the Sydney University Chemical Society will be held on Wednesday 13^th March in Le Fèvre Lecture Theatre 2 of the Chemistry Building on the campus of The University of Sydney. The speaker will be Dr Karl Kruszelnicki, Julius Sumner Miller Fellow in the School of Physics, The University of Sydney.

Dr Karl's talk will include discussions of various chemistry-related topics including "interesting" chemical names, killer trees, the origin of the computer bug and the future of computing.
